Ecotone Wildlife comprises an experienced team of veterinarians with extensive knowledge of ecology and wildlife management. The team brings vast field and research experience with expert knowledge in the humane management of wild animals.  

 

 

Dr Jordan Hampton
BSc (Hons) BVMS (Hons) PHD Cert IV TAE

Jordan is the Director of Ecotone Wildlife Veterinary Services and has been involved with Australasian wildlife research since 2003. He has worked particularly with invasive herbivores, with expertise in animal welfare assessments, chemical immobilisation, euthanasia methods, abundance surveys, and population genetics. Jordan has a PhD in animal welfare science from Murdoch University and provides training modules in several related fields.


 

Dr Corissa Miller
BVSc (Hons) MVSc (Cons Med) MANZCVS (EPI)

Corissa has been involved in disease research for over seven years, and has experience working with international organisations across Australia and Asia. She holds a Masters in Conservation Medicine, and a Membership in epidemiology from the Australian and New Zealand College of Veterinary Scientists (ANZCVS). Corissa has worked as a veterinary consultant for the World Organisation for Animal Health (OIE), and Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO).

Dr Andrew Perry
BSc BVMS (Hons) Cert IV TAE

Andrew has been a clinical large animal veterinary surgeon for eleven years, and was previously a director of Kyabram Veterinary Clinic. Andrew is highly qualified in large animal medicine and the capture and analysis of population-level data. Andrew is interested in providing training, chemical capture, euthanasia methods and the management of feral herbivores.
